MEN'S MINISTRY

Who are we? We are the Men of Northridge Baptist Church. We call ourselves Baptist Men.

Baptist Men, a group of men who get together for breakfast fellowship once a month. We are men committed to honor Jesus Christ through worship, prayer and obedience to God's word, through the power of the Holy Spirit. We are committed to pursue vital relationships with other men, understanding that he needs brothers to help him keep his promises in his marriage and his family. We live in a world that is in a battle. This battle is for personal integrity, for our families, our cities, and for cultures all around the world. Yet the weapons of our warfare are not worldly or physical (2 Cor 10:4).

We fight this battle as "servant-leaders"; we're a different kind of warrior, this warrior leads by example and by serving. Jesus said the greatest among you would be your servant (Matt. 23:11). When we war against the enemy of our souls, we go equipped for warfare (Eph. 6:10-18). But when we go to his victims, we go ready to heal - as servants.

We agree in the "Seven promises of a Promise Keeper." Promise Keepers’ mission is to ignite and unite men to become warriors who will change their world through living out the Seven Promises. Promise Keepers’ vision is simply put in three words: “Men Transformed Worldwide.”

If you are over the age of 18, come join the men for a time of fellowship! We will be eating breakfast together and then having a time of devotion and prayer!
